About the Job

The Recruitment Manager leads, coaches, and develops a team of Recruiters while driving measurable business results. This role is responsible for monitoring team performance, holding team members accountable to established goals and expectations, removing barriers to success, and ensuring consistent execution throughout the recruitment process. The Recruitment Manager fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance that supports both individual growth and organizational success. This position oversees a team of 8–12 Recruiters.

What You'll Do
  • Drive recruitment initiatives that support company growth and business objectives.
  • Hold Recruiters accountable for performance expectations, activity metrics, production goals, and quality standards.
  • Use performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and implement action plans that improve individual and team results.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Create and implement individualized growth and development plans for team members.
  • Coach and mentor team members through weekly one-on-one meetings, side-by-side coaching, role-playing, performance feedback, and ongoing development.
  • Address performance issues promptly through coaching, documented performance management, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Report daily and weekly on team performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Prepare, analyze, and communicate recruitment performance reports to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements that increase recruiter productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a production team, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales or recruitment experience, or at least 5 years of relevant sales or recruitment experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams to achieve measurable performance goals.
  • Proven ability to hold employees accountable while fostering engagement and development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Professional-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
