Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Pay: $41.96/hr
Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite 5 days/week, must live within 50 miles)
Job Type: Contract
Requirements: Green Card Required

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with strong sourcing skills to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
  • Utilize ATS, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint, and other recruiting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO, AAP, and OFCCP requirements.
  • Support a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Strong sourcing and recruiting experience required.
  • 2+ years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law, EEO/AAP, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screen.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Overland Park, KS, five days per week.
