  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in project controls, or operations management within a real estate development, design, or construction environment.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with reporting, data analysis, and managing complex datasets.
  • Experience in managing and executing recurring operational processes with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, project management software (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, Oracle Primavera), and excellent Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of capital expenditure (CapEx) management, project financial lifecycles, and cost control principles.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across different regions and functions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead key scope, schedule, risk and financial control processes across regions, including capital expenditure forecasting, monthly cost and QA/QC reviews, project spend request validations, and active project tracking.
  • Oversee core portfolio reporting-executive project updates, portfolio performance and variance analysis, compliance, and supplier performance metrics-while maintaining data integrity within project management/financial tracking systems.
  • Analyze operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, build standard operating procedures and playbooks, and drive deployment.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and day-to-day point of contact for regional project delivery teams regarding project controls, financial tracking, and operational standards.
  • Partner with regional design and delivery leads, central finance teams, and stakeholders to align regional real estate operations with corporate strategy and governance.
