Job description

Real Estate Operations Manager | HYBRID | $100,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits

You know that supporting others in real estate is where you belong. You're dynamic and organized under pressure; you keep things moving forward, and you take real pride in the service you deliver to clients and your team. This is it.

Your Future Employer

Joujou Chawla has sold real estate in Blackhawk since 1985, with over $2.1 billion in career sales and 1,535+ homes sold. She's ranked the #1 agent in Blackhawk since 2013 and in Danville since 2022, and has been named Top 100 nationwide by WSJ and RealTrends. She holds a perfect 5.0 rating across 221 reviews, every single one five stars.

If you ask her clients what sets her apart, they don't lead with the numbers. They say the experience was seamless. They say her team was always a step ahead. They say no detail was ever overlooked, whether the home was a condo or an estate, because to her, every client matters the same.

That standard is carried by an entire team working toward the same goal on every listing. It's a flexible working environment, with breakfast and lunch on the house, where the goal is always to become a better version of yourself.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

The Role

You're not just joining a real estate team.

You're joining a business that has been part of the fabric of its community for decades, one that celebrates its clients, supports local organizations, sponsors community events, and believes that success means having the ability and responsibility to give back.

As our Operations Manager, you keep that standard running day-to-day:

  • Own the team's checklist and task management system

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Director of Operations and Listings, Joujou, and support staff

  • Oversee the CRM so buyer and seller pipelines stay current

  • Run the Monday and Thursday meeting cadence, from agenda to follow-through

  • Hold the Listing and Marketing Coordinators accountable to their timelines

  • Manage vendors and coordinate pre-listing prep

  • Handle internal communications on leadership's behalf

  • Onboard new team members on systems and processes

  • Identify AI and automation opportunities to increase team capacity

  • Be onsite in Danville as needed for coordination and team meetings

You'll report to the Director of Listings and Operations on strategy and priorities, and to Joujou directly on anything tied to her business.

Qualifications:

The Experience We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years in operations management, listing management, or a comparable administrative role within real estate

  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, not just follow them

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities at once

  • Comfortable across CRM platforms, project management tools, and AI-assisted workflows

  • Familiarity with Compass CRM, Business Tracker, and Marketing Center

  • Experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms

We Know You

  • Trustworthy with confidential and financial details

  • At home in a close, family-run business, not a large corporate structure

  • Methodical and observant, building a process before chaos forces you to

  • A natural planner, already thinking two steps ahead for the leaders you support

  • Adaptable when priorities shift, without losing your structure

  • All in on real estate; this is where you want to build a career

  • Tenacious about keeping deals moving, vigilant about what could go wrong
