Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate operations of the real estate brokerage branch locations
  • Attract and educate new employees
  • Investigate and resolve agent issues
  • Update and improve marketing strategies
  • Help 
  • Supervise and train  staff.
  • oversee supplies, equipment, staffing, facility maintenance, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential real estate brokerage
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with real estate agents
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
