Job description

We’re looking for a real estate office manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help develop our administrative staff. Responsibilities include creating new MLS listings, helping transaction coordinators with contracts, and updating the office calendar. You’ll also make sure the office is stocked with supplies and ensure we’re adhering to our monthly budget. Responsibilities:
  • Complete basic bookkeeping tasks, track office expenses, and ensure the monthly budget is adhered to
  • Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment
  • Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials
  • Support other realty departments when necessary
  • Manage lower-level administrative employees and ensure office protocols are followed
  • Work closely with escrow and the selling agent to retrieve any and all documents needed to close the files
  • Responds well to stress and keeps calm in all situations
  • Responsible for verifying that all properties have been entered into the closing system
  • Managing all aspects of the real estate transactions process, from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining the related transactions file
  • Training Real Estate Agents on our tools and technology
  • Managing Lead Distribution to Team Agents

  • Manage all communications between departments and all offices

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
  • Real estate license not required, but knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Residential Real Estate experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Extremely well-organized and able to organize others as well
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet skills
  • A true professional who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
  • Effective at Managing and Training Others
  • Willingness to learn and grow
