Location: Idaho Falls

Hours: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time Real Estate Office Assistant to support our real estate team with administrative, customer service, and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping clients and agents stay organized and productive.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, greet clients, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Maintain and organize agent files, contracts, and office records.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, social media posts, and property flyers.
  • Update property listings on real estate websites and MLS systems.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean office environment.
  • Assist with agents as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative, office, customer service, or real estate experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Publisher, Canva, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic computer applications.
