MUST have Real Estate or RE Transaction Coordinator experience
Full-time, A successful assistant transaction coordinator will possess residential real estate experience, exceptional customer service & communication skills, attention to detail & deadlines, & willingness to learn.
  • Engage and coordinate all 3rd party vendors for such items as appraisals, property valuations, flood certifications, property profiles, insurance, escrow/closing agent and title
  • Handling all sales and listing transactions from contract through closing
  • Manage document flow and coordinate with and between real estate agents, clients, lenders, loan processors, loan originators, escrow and title.
  • Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and contingencies are released
  • Performing administrative and clerical duties
  • Computer, Tech and Internet Savvy
  • Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Strong business acumen
  • Takes initiative with a clear business purpose in mind
  • Continually seeks to improve business processes
