Responsibilities
  • Create and implement targeted strategies to establish yourself as the preferred agent within the Spanish-speaking community, while assembling a reliable network of vendors to support this initiative.
  • Consistently carry out weekly real estate lead generation activities.
  • Secure agreements with both buyers and sellers.
  • Represent clients by skillfully negotiating offers on their behalf.
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, converting prospects and scheduling appointments.
  • Host a minimum of four open houses each month.
  • Successfully complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program.
  • Engage actively in team business development efforts in accordance with team guidelines.
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, participate in regular training, and attend Partner Calls.

  • NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED TO JOIN TEAM (not required to apply)
  • Spanish as a primary language - must be able to explain complex real estate and mortgage concepts in Spanish
