Responsibilities
  • Complete the PLACE Launch program and participate in ongoing team training and development.
  • Execute PLACE lead-generation systems each week, converting prospecting activities into qualified appointments.
  • Serve Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers by providing clear, culturally responsive guidance throughout the real estate process.
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, identify suitable properties, and guide clients through the purchase process.
  • Advise sellers on pricing, staging, marketing, and other listing services; secure listings and effectively market their homes.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers while advocating for their interests.
  • Maintain accurate task and activity records in PLACE Technology and conduct at least two open houses each month.
  • Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls in accordance with team standards.
Qualifications
  • Self-motivated, driven sales professional with a competitive spirit
  • Spanish-speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English
  • Skilled at building rapport, actively listening to client needs, and recommending effective solutions
  • Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities
  • Confident in addressing and overcoming objections
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Service-oriented and committed to delivering a positive client experience
  • Collaborative team player
  • Active real estate license required
  • At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
  • Growth-minded and committed to continuous learning
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Willing to learn and consistently use scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time-management and follow-through skills
