PDX Property Group is looking for a driven and passionate Spanish-speaking Real Estate Agent to become part of our energetic team. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a vibrant market while assisting a diverse clientele in discovering their ideal homes. If you have a strong passion for real estate and are fluent in Spanish, seize this chance to utilize your language abilities, engage with a broad range of clients, and grow your career within a supportive and development-focused setting.
Responsibilities
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
