Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Transaction Coordinator opportunity with a well-established Real Estate Law Firm located in Boca Raton, FL.
We are seeking an organized Real Estate Title Transaction Coordinator to manage residential title transactions from order to post-closing, serving as the central liaison for all involved parties.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage a pipeline of real estate title transactions from order entry through a successful closing.
  • Open new title files, ensuring all contracts, contact details, and documents are accurate and complete.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and proactive updates to buyers, sellers, Realtors, and lenders.
  • Monitor file statuses, track deadlines, and consistently follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Maintain accurate transaction notes and manage electronic records within our title/escrow software.
  • Coordinate with lenders to satisfy closing requirements and assist in preparing Closing Disclosures and HUDs.
  • Support the processing team by ordering payoffs, HOA letters, estoppels, surveys, and related documents.
  • Schedule closings and seamlessly coordinate all signing logistics with all parties involved.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 2-3 years of experience in the title industry.
  • Working knowledge of the residential real estate closing process.
  • Familiarity with title commitments, title requirements, payoffs, liens, judgments, taxes, HOA/condo requirements, and closing documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic document management systems.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience with Qualia software or other title software.
  • FL Notary experience is a plus.
Pay Rate Range: $65,000 - $75,000 for salaried positions
