Description
We are looking for an experienced deployment and readiness leader to drive global rollouts of next-generation loss prevention technologies across resellers. In this role, you will lead cross-functional planning, execution, and operational enablement to ensure deployments are delivered at scale with exceptional quality, security, and user experience. You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and regional partners to bring innovative technology solutions to life in stores and facilities around the world.","responsibilities":"Lead global deployment lifecycle for Loss Prevention technologies, from initial planning and pilot phases through full-scale rollout
Own readiness strategy, ensuring engineering, support, operations, training, and regional partners are prepared prior to activation
Develop and maintain standardized deployment frameworks, validation processes, and operational procedures
Coordinate with engineering and security teams to align deployment schedules, technical requirements, and user experience expectations
Manage program schedules, risks, issues, performance metrics, and communication with senior leadership
Provide transparency into program health through dashboards, reporting, and readiness assessments
Incorporate lessons learned and operational data to refine deployment processes and improve quality, scalability, and time-to-launch
Drive continuous improvement across deployment workflows and partner engagement models
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in retail environments, with understanding of operational workflows and store technology deployment
Direct experience with Loss Prevention program management, deployment, or support
Background supporting large-scale technology operations in distributed environments
Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to measure deployment success
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of program or deployment management experience delivering enterprise or retail technology solutions at scale
Deep understanding of LP and security technologies, analytics, and access control frameworks.
Strong familiarity and aptitude with APIs, including understanding API integration dependencies, testing workflows, and deployment impacts
Demonstrated success leading multi-region deployments across cross-functional and distributed teams
Experience developing readiness models, deployment frameworks, and operational playbooks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence partners at all levels
Ability to think strategically while executing with precision and attention to detail
Familiarity with IoT, cloud services, enterprise networking, and system integration
PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
