Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. Learn more at www.coreweave.com.
What You'll Do:

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for leading programs that cut across Infrastructure and Platform teams. We build and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure so customers can achieve predictable performance across diverse workloads, from data processing and orchestration to latency-sensitive services. The Staff TPM will lead cross-functional programs that convert product strategy into scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure. This role will partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive performance/scalability initiatives that underpin high-throughput CPU clusters in large AI environments.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and UI, who excels at building the processes and visibility needed to operate and scale complex, high-throughput platforms.

In this role, you will:
  • Own complex Enterprise Readiness programs from requirements definition through execution, launch readiness, and ongoing operating cadence
  • Build the program structure needed to manage priority workstreams across Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, and customer-facing technical teams
  • Create clear visibility into program status, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions needed, and progress against commitments
  • Drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders on priorities, sequencing, tradeoffs, and execution plans
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and systemic execution gaps, then drive durable operating mechanisms to address them
  • Partner with Product and Technical Solutions teams to connect enterprise requirements with roadmap planning, delivery milestones, and customer-facing communication
  • Lead program reviews and executive updates that surface the right risks, decisions, and escalations at the right time
  • Operate with judgment in ambiguous situations, especially when ownership is unclear, priorities conflict, or multiple teams must converge on a path forward
Who You Are:
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure program management, product operations, or a similar role in a complex technical environment
  • Have led programs that span multiple engineering, product, security, operations, or customer-facing teams
  • Technically fluent in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, platform engineering, security, reliability, networking, observability, or enterprise-scale operations
  • Can translate complex technical and customer requirements into clear priorities, execution plans, and decision frameworks
  • Have a track record of creating structure in ambiguous environments without slowing teams down
  • Communicate clearly with engineers, product leaders, executives, and customer-facing teams
  • Comfortable driving accountability across teams without relying on formal authority
  • Have strong judgment around escalation, tradeoffs, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
  • Build simple, scalable operating mechanisms that improve execution quality and repeatability
Preferred:
  • Master's or advanced technical degree
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, regulated industries, or large-scale customer onboarding programs
  • Experience at a cloud provider, AI infrastructure company, hyperscaler, enterprise SaaS company, or other high-scale technical environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise platform requirements such as identity, access control, networking, logging, observability, security, compliance, reliability, or operational readiness
  • Experience connecting product roadmap, engineering execution, operational readiness, and customer-facing commitments
  • Experience leading high-visibility programs with executive stakeholders and compressed timelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and flexible working with a variety of leadership
  • Drive programs that improve enterprise-grade reliability, operational readiness, incident learnings, deployment practices, and overall platform maturity
