About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established non-profit organization within the healthcare space.


Job Description:

The Program Associate will provide administrative and operational support to a busy accreditation department. This individual will assist with scheduling coordination, reporting processes, database management, and communication with field representatives and program stakeholders.


This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 60-90 days.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage scheduling activities for accreditation-related site visits and field representatives
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with organizing site visit logistics for domestic and international programs and institutions
  • Review reports and documentation for completeness and accuracy within internal systems
  • Maintain and update tracking data related to field representatives and accreditation activities
  • Support reporting initiatives and prepare information for team meetings and presentations
  • Communicate updates and process changes to field representatives and department stakeholders
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Provide additional departmental support and special project assistance as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, operations management, data analytics, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, non-profit, academic, association, accreditation, or medical education environments
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in administrative and reporting tasks
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Experience working with scheduling coordination and project support functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing proprietary database systems and software applications
