Job description

We are looking for a Quote Manager to manage incoming RFQs (Requests for Quote) from customers.
Responsibilities include reading blueprints, determining manufacturing processes which include primary operations of CNC or automatic (screw) machining from aluminum or steel bars as well as secondary operations such as thread-rolling, broaching, milling, bending, drilling and/or grinding. Estimating production times for each operation and obtaining outside costs for raw material, heat-treating, anodizing and/or plating is also necessary before determining final pricing and delivery times for the customer.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes is required as well as proficiency with numbers, blueprint reading, Excel & Word.
