Job description

Start/End Dates: 7/13/2026 - 12/31/2026
Tax Work Location: US - NY - New York (132100)
Job Title: Program Management - Program Manager III
Must have skills:
Program / project management — owning complex, cross-functional timelines end-to-end (4-5+ years) Stakeholder management & accountability driving (chasing owners, escalating slips, reconciling conflicts)
Risk / issue management and proactive flag escalation with recommended actions
● Strong written communication — producing decision-ready artifacts and exec-facing summaries ● Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and timeline / project tracking tools
● Attention to detail and operational rigor across multiple parallel workstreams
● Ability to synthesize raw inputs into a clear POV
Roles and Responsibilities
Own the Milestone Master NPI section — the canonical tracker of all NPI milestones, dates, owners, and status across workstreams; update minimum 2x/week based on inputs actively pulled from workstream leads Maintain a forward view of all NPI deliverables; track dependencies, send structured reminders to milestone owners 7 and 3 days before due dates, and own the critical path Reconcile timeline conflicts between Category, Channel Sales, and other XFN partners — driving alignment when dates do not agree Issue Critical Flags when a milestone is at risk of slipping by 5+ days, a dependency is unresolved with <2 weeks to a gate, or two workstreams have conflicting timelines with no resolution path Every Critical Flag includes: what is at risk, why, downstream impact, who needs to decide or unblock, and recommended action Track flag resolution end-to-end — flags do not close until the risk is mitigated, not just acknowledged Synthesize inputs from workstream owners into decision-ready artifacts that leadership can act on without further synthesis Build launch-by-launch institutional knowledge of what good looks like and where NPI programs typically break
Qualification & Experience:
4-5+ years of program or project management experience at a large tech
4-5+ company or strategy consulting firm
Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional timelines with multiple workstreams and dependencies Track record of holding senior stakeholders accountable — pulling status proactively rather than waiting to be told Ability to synthesize inputs and frame decisions with trade-offs and a clear recommendation, not just status Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and work autonomously Must be able to work through ambiguity Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing decision-ready artifacts for leadership Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and timeline / project tracking tools Experience working against tight timelines with high-visibility deliverables Retail, hardware, or consumer electronics NPI experience strongly preferred Comfortable navigating ambiguity, operating independently, and driving accountability without direct authority
