Duration: 2 months contract

Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced and proactive UX Program Manager to join a UX team supporting a Design System initiative. You will play a key role in driving the development and refinement of the organization's core design language, working closely with a talented team of designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage and track key projects focused on evolving the Design System. This includes guiding teams developing new components and tokens, delivering comprehensive usage guidelines, and refining the overall design language to enhance cohesion and quality across the product experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, track progress, handle capacity planning, and ensure on-time delivery of design system initiatives.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (UX Design, Research, Engineering, Product Management) to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.

  • Own and facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

  • Identify and help resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.

  • Contribute to the operational success of the Design System team.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management.

  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

  • Solid experience working closely with UX teams on UI development.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.

  • Direct experience working with design systems.

  • Background or experience in UI design and/or branding.

  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment.
