Overview:
Role: UX Designer
Location: LOUISVILLE, KY
Duration: 6 months
UX Designer, Reg with Figma design experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and interaction models.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and data to improve usability and user satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
