Support in tracking emerging AI regulations across federal (e.g., ONC DSI rules, FDA SaMD guidance), state (e.g., state-specific AI acts, laws, and regulations), and other applicable frameworks (e.g., National Institute of Standards and Technology Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework, international standards) evaluating legal and ethical considerations for AI initiatives. Additionally, provide support on health information exchange matters, including Information Blocking rules, ONC health IT certification, TEFCA, and API integrations.
- Strategic Partnership & JLD Collaboration: Cultivate trusted, proactive relationships with business clients, physician and patient technology leadership, and compliance partners. Serve as an engaged liaison within the JLD by participating in committees and partnering seamlessly across other legal lanes to champion broader Village initiatives and foster a vibrant, team-first culture.
