Job Title: UX Designer & UX Researcher
Job Location: Spring, TX
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Conduct end-to-end UX research including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and persona development
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises using tools such as Mural
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
  • Apply strong visual design principles and modern visual art forms to enhance user experience
  • Analyze user behavior and research findings to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align UX strategies with business goals
  • Present research findings and design solutions clearly to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and enterprise UX standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Design and UX Research
  • Strong experience with Mural and collaborative design tools
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing research insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment
