The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences for web applications, portals, and software products. This role focuses on understanding user needs and translating business and technical requirements into visually appealing, functional, and accessible interface designs. The UI/UX Designer collaborates with architects, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences throughout the software development lifecycle.


Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the usability and overall experience of web applications and software products.
  • Conduct user experience research and workflow analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, templates, and other front-end design artifacts.
  • Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs that align with project requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, System Architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective user interface designs.
  • Create responsive web page layouts and complete theme designs for websites, portals, and applications.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with modern UX/UI best practices and current design trends.
  • Incorporate user feedback and usability findings into design improvements.
  • Support implementation of front-end designs by working closely with development teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the user experience.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, user interface development, web design, or a related field.
  • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and front-end design specifications.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and workflow analysis.
  • Experience designing responsive web applications and websites.
