Job description

About ClickHouse
Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 3,000 customers and ARR that has grown over 250 percent year over year, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company's sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We're on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
About the Role:
In this role you will own and grow ClickHouse's most strategic GSI partnerships globally. You'll build the joint go-to-market motions, practice enablement programs, and executive relationships that turn GSI firms into active drivers of ClickHouse revenue. This is a senior hire - you'll be building the function, not running an existing playbook.
What you will do:
  • Own ClickHouse's global GSI program end-to-end, with deep focused investment in two named partner firms representing the majority of your time
  • Drive day-to-day co-sell between ClickHouse and GSI partner field teams, integrating ClickHouse into active GSI delivery opportunities
  • Build and run practice enablement programs that equip GSI architects, delivery consultants, and practice leads to position and implement ClickHouse Cloud
  • Develop executive-level relationships at target GSI firms - from alliance teams to practice leaders and managing directors - to create lasting strategic alignment
  • Leverage co-sell programs and partner incentives accurately and strategically to drive net new pipeline
  • Define and track key metrics for GSI program health: influenced pipeline, co-sell wins, partner-sourced revenue, and enablement reach
  • Work cross-functionally with ClickHouse field sales, product, and marketing to integrate GSI partnerships into territory plans and the broader GTM

What you bring:
  • Deep understanding of how GSIs build and monetize practices - and how to align that model with a software vendor's growth goals
  • Proven track record managing named GSI partnerships, ideally at firms like Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, or Capgemini, with measurable co-sell or influenced pipeline outcomes
  • Think outside-in: knows how to integrate ClickHouse's GTM into a GSI's existing practice motion, not just manage an alliance relationship
  • Comfortable engaging at the MD and executive level on the partner side while earning trust and buy-in from an internal field sales team
  • Experience building and delivering enablement content for partner technical and delivery teams
  • Data-driven approach to tracking program performance and supporting business decisions
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment where the playbook doesn't exist yet - you'll be writing it
