We're seeking a Part-Time Training Specialist to represent SMEG, the iconic Italian brand celebrated for its beautifully designed large and small kitchen appliances.  In this role, you'll visit select specialty retailers 1-2 times per month to educate retail associates on SMEG products, deliver product updates, and ensure brand displays meet visual standards. This is a low-commitment, high-impact opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with others and bringing product stories to life.

What You'll Do
  • Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line 
  • Deliver product training in both 1-on-1 and small group formats 
  • Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards 
  • Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits 
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor 
What You'll Bring

Experience and Education: 

  • 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • A kitchen gadget enthusiast who values both performance and aesthetics 
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills

  • Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
