Job Summary:
Pillar to Post Home Inspectors (Bryant and Armstrong Team) is seeking a Part-Time Home Inspector to join our team in Warner Robins, Georgia. The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate home inspections for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and peace of mind. This is a commission-only position and compensation will be based on a daily rate, with the potential to earn between $100 to $400 per day. Possibility to grow into hourly and/or salary based on need. This is an individual contributor role, with flexible hours and the opportunity for growth within the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-only position with an average daily earnings potential between $100 to $400. Possibility to grow into hourly and/or salary based on need. The successful candidate will also receive weekly pay and have the opportunity for growth within the company.
THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A FIREFIGHTER, POLICE OFFICER, SHIFT WORKER OR A CURRENT INSPECTOR OR MILITARY RETIREE TO WORK PART TIME. TRAINING PROVIDED.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough home inspections, including but not limited to, structural, plumbing, and electrical components
- Use specialized tools and equipment to assess the condition of a home
- Prepare detailed reports for clients, including photos and descriptions of any issues found
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection findings and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current building codes, regulations and ASHI Standards of Practice
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of inspections
- Attend regular training and professional development sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices
Requirements:
- Ability to be learn / become a certified Home Inspector in the state of Georgia
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics, stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of residential home systems and components
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, energy, and good presence
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in using technology, including inspection software and digital cameras (Training Provided)
- Willingness to work additional hours and/or weekends as needed during busy season (Summer, etc.)
- Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs as needed
