Position: Team Lead, Field Support
Location: Remote (USA)
Work Setup: Work From Home (NonDriving Role)

What We're Looking For
2+ years of related experience
1+ year of experience handling complex and/or commercial claim valuations
1+ year of Team Lead or leadership experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years' experience in valuating contents claims
  • 1 year experience in valuating complex and/or commercial claims
  • Previous experience in administrative roles and/or retail roles
  • Strong Computer Skills (MS Office/Excel, Google Drive, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of exclaim
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and new technology
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve
  • Prior administrative experience would be considered an asset
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish would be considered an asset

  • Assist the Supervisor and assign claims to Field Support Representatives as needed.
  • Complete QA reviews on all trainee claims.
  • Provide support to the Field Support team, answering questions and offering guidance on processing and pricing.
  • Work with Claims Supervisor and Field Support Employees to increase accuracy and efficiencies within the department.
  • Assist in group and/or remote training sessions as needed.
  • Assist with additional pricing on trainee claims.
  • Process field claims (data entry/pricing), as required
