Position: Training Center Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
The Training Center Administrator will provide administrative support to all functions of the Training Center and Training Center Management to ensure all Trainers and Trainees have all proper items needed to successfully train and develop. The Training Center Administrator will also be responsible for initial entry level training for Branch Operations Administrators.
Key Role Accountabilities:
  • Operations Admin Support to Facility:
    • Ordering requested training supplies.
    • Print and distribute any documents as needed by the front-line Trainers/Managers.
    • Confirm enrollments in Dayforce and add/remove attendees as needed.
    • Assist in distributing any training tech equipment shipped to the training center as needed to support training.
  • Support Corporate Training Department:
    • Deliver training in conjunction with curriculum, training plans, and cadence
    • Leverage available training venues to include E-Learning platforms.
    • Administer feedback surveys to assist in the evaluation of the training program.
    • Coordinate with OA Curriculum manager to identify, refine, and update curriculum.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3 Years' experience working in a similar role.
  • High Organized self-starter.
  • Strong customer service skills
