Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience)
About the Role

Park Schools Montessori is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Part-Time School Secretary to support the daily operations of our growing school. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment, communicating with families, and assisting with administrative and enrollment processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, welcoming, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and lead school tours for prospective families
  • Follow up with student leads and enrollment inquiries
  • Assist with student enrollment and registration processes
  • Support staff orientation and onboarding procedures
  • Manage and maintain the school calendar and scheduling
  • Assist with school planning and administrative coordination
  • Help manage and maintain CACFP program documentation and compliance
  • Organize and maintain school records and documentation
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist families and visitors professionally
  • Provide general administrative support to school leadership and staff

Qualifications
