We are presently accepting applications for the following position.
SUBSTITUTE SECRETARY (Part-Time)
Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of prior clerical or office experience, preferred
  • Experience in a school setting or working with children, preferred
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiar with Genesis and Realtime, preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively withย students, staff and parents
  • Ability to maintain essential records and files
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously

Hourly Rate: $25/per hour (maximum 29.5 hours per week)
This is a part-time position which does not include benefits.ย
