Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a PT Medical Records Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and organize patient medical records in accordance with established procedures and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Organize and maintain patient medical records in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all patient information.
3. Create and update patient records, including medical history, test results, treatment plans, and other pertinent information.
4. Retrieve and deliver patient records as requested by healthcare providers and administrative staff.
