We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location : 2100 Kingsway Sudbury, Ontario P3B 2G2


Wage: $18.00 per hour

Hours: Part-Time – Open availability needed. Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm & Friday - Saturday 9am - 5pm 


What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department  
  • Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.  
  • Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor  
  • Licensing paperwork  
  • Additional duties as assigned  
  • Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Completion of High School  
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity  
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks  
  • Above average computer skills  
  • Multi line phone experience is considered an asset  
  • A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record 
  • Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
