Position: Document Management Assistant (Summer Intern)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Duration: Four (4) weeks

Compensation: $18 per hour

The impact you will have

As a Document Management Assistant  (Summer Intern), you will play a key role in the Finance Department, with a document digitization and records management project.

As the Document Management Assistant (Summer Intern), you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain an organized work area and manage physical files throughout the digitization process.
  • Scanning paper documents using office scanning equipment and software.
  • Verify scanned documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain records of completed scanning and filing activities.
  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled securely and in accordance with company policies

The skills you will need 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of documents.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate records and data quality.
