Overview

CTG is hiring a remote part time Project Manager responsible for leading and managing strategic, operational, clinical, and technology-related projects across a provider organization. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while meeting regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. The Project Manager will collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, IT staff, vendors, and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

The ideal candidate possesses a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, strong healthcare industry knowledge, and demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Management
  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to identify project requirements and priorities.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party project resources.
Risk and Compliance Management
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Support initiatives related to HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and audit-ready records.
Financial and Resource Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation plans.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Prepare project performance reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations.
Process Improvement
  • Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational workflows and patient outcomes.
  • Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80.00 to $95.00/hour.
