An established and growing supplier of cabinetry and related building products is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Sales Representative to drive business growth across the Southeast. This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional with deep connections in the multifamily construction market who thrives on developing new business and guiding projects from bid through completion.

If you have an established network of multifamily general contractors and a proven history of winning and managing large construction projects, this role offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and expand multifamily business throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
  • Leverage existing relationships with multifamily general contractors and developers to generate new opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily construction projects.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project bids while partnering with estimating and operations teams.
  • Support projects from award through completion to ensure successful execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, operations, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent the organization professionally within the multifamily construction community while continuing to build long-term industry relationships.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success selling into the multifamily construction market.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Multifamily project bidding
    • Estimating and proposal development
    • Project execution and installation processes
  • Established relationships with multifamily general contractors throughout the Southeast.
  • Experience selling cabinetry, countertops, or related building materials is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with countertop-focused experience and strong multifamily relationships are also encouraged to apply.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of independently managing a sales territory and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across estimating, operations, project management, and installation teams.
Preferred Experience

Experience supporting suburban multifamily developments, including:

  • Garden-style apartment communities
  • Three- to four-story apartment developments
  • Large suburban multifamily projects consisting of multiple buildings

High-rise multifamily experience is welcomed but is not the primary focus of this role.

What Success Looks Like

Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:

  • Existing contractor relationships capable of generating approximately $3M$4M+ in annual business.
  • A history of managing larger books of business, with top performers overseeing $8M$10M+ annually.
  • Experience winning and managing projects commonly valued between $1M$2M.
