Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year, plus performance and year-end bonuses plus $5,000 sign on bonus

Job Overview:

Pro Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees scope, budget, schedule, subcontractor performance, and internal coordination. You will work directly with ownership-level leadership and have the authority to manage field teams, enforce standards, and drive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination
  • Lead project meetings, provide clear communication to field staff and stakeholders
  • Guide and delegate tasks to Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
  • Ensure compliance with all project specs, blueprints, company protocols, and client requirements
  • Build strong relationships with clients by managing expectations and addressing issues proactively
  • Complete company and owner documentation thoroughly and on time
  • Support bid generation, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Travel occasionally for jobsite walks and key project milestones


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Experience in new builds, remodels, or institutional/commercial projects preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with UDA Construction software is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required (degree in construction management preferred)
