Job Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.ย  This role is responsible for budget control, scheduling, subcontractor management. client relations and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.ย 
ย 
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
-ย  ย  ย  ย Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resources allocation plans.
-ย  ย  ย  ย Review project plans, specifications and contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential risk.ย 
-ย  ย  ย  ย Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.ย 
ย 
Financial Management
-ย  ย  ย  ย Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost projections and financial reports.
-ย  ย  ย  ย Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders.
-ย  ย  ย  ย Ensure profitability by controlling cost and minimizing risk.ย 
ย 
Leadership & Team Collaboration
-ย  ย  ย  ย Lead project meetings with stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
-ย  ย  ย  ย Collaborate with superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals.
-ย  ย  ย  ย Mentor and support junior team members as needed.ย

Client Relations
-ย  ย  ย  ย Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.ย 
  • Proven track record managing ground-up commercial construction projects $500K to 10M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods and building codes. ย 
  • Proficient in construction management software (Procore), Google Drive and Smartsheests.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.ย
