Looking for all levels of Project Managersย (APM, PM,ย Sr. PM) with multifamily experience for a commercial construction firm in Dallas, TX !

Firm is a general contractor specializes in various sectorsย of the construction industry includingย office, commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, etc. They are focused on high levelย customer service for clients, while workingย to be of service to the community, andย theirย employees.

Qualifications

Project Managers need to be experienced in Multifamily and mid/large scale commercial projects - required.

-Mixed use experience is a plus

-Tilt wallย experience is a plus (especially for APM)

-Stick frame experience (required for PM's and SR PM's)

-Knowledge of PM software (Procore, Bluebeam etc)

-Microsoft Excel/office

-3 yearย minimum experienceย for Assistant PM's

-5+ years minimum for PM's & Sr PM's

-Bachelors degree Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field

Candidatesย local to Dallas TX area .ย No Visa sponsorships at this time.

Additional Information

Salary Ranges -Dependent upon experience

APM - $70-90K (needed ASAP - multi million dollar multi family project recently started)

PM- $110K-130K

Sr PM- $120K-140K
