Job description

The Construction Project Manager takes ownership of residential and commercial projects from the initial work plan through final completion. This role keeps crews, materials, subcontractors, budgets, and deadlines moving together while maintaining direct communication with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan project schedules, labor requirements, materials, and job-site priorities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, installers, and field crews.
  • Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or scheduling problems early.
  • Conduct site visits and verify work meets project specifications.
  • Provide clients with clear updates throughout construction.
  • Handle change orders, project documentation, and completion requirements.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of construction or project-management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of residential or commercial construction.
  • Ability to read plans, estimates, measurements, and project specifications.
  • Valid driver's license and strong organizational skills.
