This role is responsible for day-to-day field operations, including coordination of self-performed work, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and productivity goals. The Project Superintendent proactively identifies and resolves field issues, supports project planning and execution, and ensures compliance with company and client requirements. Acting as the primary field representative, this role fosters teamwork, clear communication, and accountability among all project participants to deliver successful outcomes.This position does require ravel 100% by air and ground.

FIELD LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION
Lead all on-site construction activities to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality execution.
Direct field crews, foremen, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and standards.
Maintain daily presence in the field to verify progress, safety compliance, and workmanship.
Anticipate and resolve field issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
Coordinate daily huddles and ensure alignment across all field teams.
SAFETY & QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Champion a proactive safety culture and enforce company and regulatory safety standards.
Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reviews.
Ensure quality control plans are implemented and maintained throughout construction.
Verify that work complies with design specifications, codes, and client expectations.
Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
SCHEDULE & PRODUCTIVITY CONTROL
Execute the Last Planner System
Monitor field productivity and labor performance to achieve budgeted goals.
Identify schedule risks early and collaborate with the project manager on corrective actions.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and sequencing to optimize efficiency.
Document daily progress and resource utilization for reporting and forecasting.
COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project flow.
Lead weekly Foreman’s Meetings
Ensure accurate and timely communication of field conditions and schedule updates.
Support procurement planning by verifying quantities, site readiness, and logistics.
Serve as the primary field liaison between construction crews and project management.
DOCUMENTATION & REPORTING
Maintain accurate daily reports on labor, equipment, materials, and work progress.
Record and communicate field changes or potential scope impacts.
Monitor and project, planned versus actual, self-performed labor hours.
Participate in weekly progress meetings and provide input on schedule and performance.
Support closeout by verifying completion of punch lists and final inspections.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of progressive experience in supervising construction
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and manage contractual and commercial responsibilities.
Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost management tools and familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
Travel 100% by air and ground.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
