Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years in commercial construction, overseeing projects from inception to completion. As a Commercial Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
