Commercial Construction Site Superintendent

JBS Allphase Construction & Maintenance is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Site Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout New Jersey and the surrounding area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial General Contractor Superintendent
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • OSHA 30 certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure quality workmanship
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards
  • Coordinate inspections and material deliveries
  • Complete daily reports and communicate with the Project Manager
