The Role: Be the Driving Force Behind Every Build

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will own your projects from start to finish. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every project is on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.

What You’ll Do

✅ Oversee Site Superintendents and drive project schedules for on-time completion
✅ Keep projects on budget while delivering top-notch quality
✅ Manage client relationships—be their trusted advisor and problem solver
✅ Handle buyouts, purchase orders, and change orders with precision
✅ Control project schedules daily and weekly to anticipate and adjust to project conditions
✅ Oversee billings and financials—because great work deserves great value
✅ Coordinate all activities from the ground up—from dirt to doors
✅ Travel to job sites to ensure progress, meet with clients, and keep the vision on track

What You Need to Succeed

5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience or a Bachelor degree in Construction Mgmt or related field

You must be a driven self starter that can look ahead to address potential obstacles and issues on a project

Confidence and ability to keep subs accountable when it comes to schedule, quality, and cost control
A deep understanding of quality control, scheduling, and financials
Strong leadership and communication skills—you’ll be the one making things happen
Willingness to travel nationwide to oversee projects firsthand
