The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary onsite leader, directly managing field operations and driving the execution of high-stakes commercial and federal construction projects. This role grants you the authority to manage job sites, lead diverse sub-contractor crews, and maintain a rigorous safety culture. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee all daily field operations to ensure projects progress strictly according to architectural plans and timelines.
  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate diverse onsite sub-contractors and field personnel effectively.
  • Enforce rigorous job site safety protocols and continuous compliance with all OSHA regulations.
  • Interface directly with owners, architects, and municipal engineers to resolve design or logistical issues.
  • Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and resource allocations to prevent unnecessary field delays.
  • Maintain comprehensive daily logs, safety reports, and field documentation to ensure full operational transparency.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of dedicated construction supervision or field management experience.
  • Proven track record leading complex commercial, industrial, or federal construction job sites.
  • Deep operational understanding of mechanical, structural, and electrical layout configurations.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and high-stakes problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completed Trade Program, Technical Certification, or an Associate degree in Construction Management.
  • Active OSHA 30 certification or specialized safety credentials.
  • Previous experience overseeing specialized commercial electrical control or industrial infrastructure installations.
