Job description

Job Description We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead commercial electrical construction projects throughout Central Ohio. Project Managers are responsible for the successful financial and operational delivery of projects from planning through completion while maintaining strong relationships with customers, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams. Core Responsibilities Manage commercial electrical construction projects from planning through closeout Own project budgets, schedules, labor planning and overall financial performance Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and internal project teams Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders and project documentation Monitor project costs and identify financial risks and opportunities Procure and coordinate required materials and equipment Maintain consistent communication with customers and project stakeholders Ensure projects meet quality, safety, schedule and profitability expectations Develop strong client relationships that support repeat business Lead and mentor project engineers/APMs and other project team members as appropriate Preferred Background Experience managing commercial electrical construction projects Strong understanding of electrical construction methods, systems and project delivery Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor and change orders Strong customer-facing and communication skills Proficiency with construction/project management and estimating software Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Accubid and/or LEED experience is a plus Ideal environments: Large commercial construction, healthcare, data centers/mission critical, industrial/manufacturing, institutional or other complex electrical projects.
