What are CRM Project Managers?

CRM Project Managers are professionals responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems within organizations. They work to ensure that CRM software solutions are implemented efficiently to meet business needs, often coordinating teams, managing budgets, and liaising between stakeholders and technical staff. A CRM Project Manager often acts as a bridge between technical teams, sales, marketing, customer service, and upper management. They facilitate regular meetings and status updates to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. TransForum integrates all collected data and makes it accessible for health coaches to use during intervention calls with members. It is a task based system which allows for a health coach to easily see all services required by or associated with a member.
The system will provide the user with a work schedule for a given period of time and will bring special attention to tasks which have become overdue.
A user of the member management system will have a complete picture of the member and their support system available. The system provides a "providers" area where information reported from the member as well as information extracted from data feeds is located. The "providers" area will present to the users not only Physician information but also information regarding any of the following provider types: pharmacy, home health agency, clinic, caregiver, Community Resource, Group Practice, Facility, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and Digital Monitoring Products (DMP).
