Job description

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Construction Marketing Specialist.
Position Summary:
Cleveland Brothers is seeking a versatile and motivated Construction Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across the construction division, including new, used, rental, parts and service, and our technology division, SITECH Allegheny.
This role partners closely with marketing and business units to execute targeted campaigns, develop high-impact content, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is a collaborative communicator with strong creative, organizational, and execution skills who can translate business priorities into effective marketing programs that drive engagement and results.
Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Execution & Content Development
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives across the construction division.
  • Create multi-channel content for internal and external audiences, including email, social media, web, direct mail, print, customer stories, jobsite insights, and testimonials.
  • Develop sales enablement tactics and materials that support customer conversations, strengthen campaign effectiveness, and help drive business growth.
  • Own and maintain the advertising schedule, proactively managing deadlines and ensuring all ads are delivered accurately and on time to publication partners.

  1. Communication & Collaboration
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute marketing strategies, develop materials, and deliver assets across channels in alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with branch personnel and customers to identify content opportunities, testimonials, and success stories.

  1. Field Support & Brand Execution
  • Provide on-site marketing support at branch locations, customer jobsites, events, and promotional initiatives to support campaign execution and content development.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints and field activities.

  1. Marketing Performance & Insights
  • Develop an understanding of key marketing performance indicators and their impact on lead generation and revenue.
  • Apply data and insights to guide recommendations on marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics.
  • Partner with the marketing team to review performance results and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, results-driven content.
  • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Hubspot and Dynamics preferred).
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to branch locations, events and customer jobsites as needed.
