Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy, proposal development, brand positioning, and business development support for a growing construction management organization.

This role will focus on creating high-quality proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and marketing materials that support business growth and help secure new project opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction marketing, proposal management, RFP responses, and strategic communications, with the ability to collaborate directly with senior leadership and business development teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

  • Partner with senior leadership and business development teams to strengthen market positioning

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels

  • Support company reputation and visibility initiatives

Proposal & Business Development Support
  • Lead the RFP/proposal process from initial review through final submission

  • Manage project pursuits, proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages

  • Create compelling:

    • Proposal documents

    • Client presentations

    • Marketing collateral

    • Qualification packages

  • Research project opportunities and maintain lead tracking

  • Develop strategies to improve proposal quality and win potential projects

Content & Digital Marketing
