Job description

Marketing Director

Full-Time | Construction Industry | Competitive Compensation
Are you a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being at the center of the action, and knows how to turn a vision into reality? We’re looking for a driven, organized, and creative Marketing Director to join our team and take our brand to the next level. This is an in-office, Monday - Friday role.
About the Role:
As our Marketing Director, you’ll be the driving force behind everything from strategic campaigns and conference presence to day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll work closely with company leadership and manage both the big picture and the fine details — making sure our brand shows up powerfully at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do:
  •  Lead and execute marketing strategy, brand management, and digital presence.
  • Plan and manage our presence at major industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Own expo booth logistics — design, shipping, setup, and teardown from start to finish.
  • Source and manage promotional swag and branded merchandise.
  • Coordinate executive travel arrangements, calendars, and schedules.
  • Manage pre-event client meetings, speaker commitments, and hospitality logistics.
  • Oversee vendor relationships — printers, videographers, exhibit houses, and more.
  • Keep marketing projects on track with sharp attention to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Create compelling presentations, collateral, and content that tell our story.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated leadership.
  • Proven experience managing executive calendars and travel logistics.
  •  Hands-on trade show / expo booth experience — from planning through on-site execution.
  •  Experience ordering and managing swag, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
  • A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or other AI programs.

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience in the construction, architecture, or real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with industry expo and events.
  • Experience with freight and exhibit logistics.
  • A background coordinating speaker agreements and conference submissions.

Why Join Us:
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Travel to exciting industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • High-visibility role with real impact on company growth.
  • Growing company with a strong presence in the industry.
  • Opportunity to build and lead the marketing vision.
