Job description

Position Summary
The CRM Manager supports Holley’s Customer 360 vision by executing the hands on work required to build, maintain, and optimize CRM programs in HubSpot. This role focuses on daily operational execution including workflow development, lifecycle automation, segmentation, reporting, and data hygiene. The CRM Specialist partners closely with the CRM Product Owner on project delivery and with the Solutions Architect on technical standards, architecture, and system integrity. This role ensures Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing receive accurate and timely CRM support.


Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Execution and Daily Operations

  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, lead routing, scoring logic, properties, and pipelines in HubSpot.
  • Execute daily CRM tasks including list creation, segmentation, user requests, ticketing support, and reporting updates.
  • Maintain HubSpot system hygiene through audits, de-duplication, field governance, and sync error resolution.

Support for Customer 360 Initiatives

  • Execute tasks defined by the CRM Project Manager and Solutions Architect that support Customer 360 efforts including data enrichment, lifecycle mapping, and customer identity work.
  • Implement technical configuration and operational setup according to architectural guidelines.
  • Validate outputs, complete QA, and ensure accurate delivery of CRM programs.

Cross Functional Support

  • Provide daily HubSpot support to Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing for pipeline issues, ticket flows, segmentation needs, and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and escalate system level or architectural issues to the Solutions Architect.
  • Document processes, updates, and repeatable tasks for cross functional clarity.

Data Quality and Governance

  • Maintain clean and reliable customer data through structured audits, cleanup tasks, and alignment with defined data standards.
  • Follow data governance and configuration standards established by the Solutions Architect.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and brand requirements across HubSpot activities.

Lifecycle and Program Execution

  • Build and maintain lifecycle programs including onboarding,retention, engagement, and brand specific customer journeys.
  • Execute segmentation logic to support personalized communication across Holley brands.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and brand teams to support campaign needs that require CRM execution.


Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of hands on HubSpot experience in an operational or CRM specialist role.
  • Experience managing workflows, segmentation, reporting, and daily CRM operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and document CRM related tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing teams.

Preferred

  • Experience with data hygiene processes and CRM governance.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing or personalized communication.
  • Basic familiarity with integrations, data syncing, or CRM data models.
  • HubSpot certifications.
