Project Management Apprentice

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

Support the Corporate Language Management Team in: 

  • Project management in technical publications area.
  • Coordinating and monitoring incoming requests.
  • Managing communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders.
  • Handling daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with reporting improvements and process automation initiatives.
  • Publishing activities across relevant platforms.

Our requirements:

  • You're a student and you're available 100-120h/month.
  • English at B2/C1 level.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook required).
  • Comfortable working with process-driven tasks.
  • Very good interpersonal skills (open to build and maintain effective relationships). 
  • Willingness to learn workflow systems.
  • Nice to have: experience with Outlook, Teams or Power BI.
