This Job requires being able to develop accurate cost estimates and budgets by looking at construction drawing. The position involves evaluating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor cost to ensure projects are financially profitable. General Accountabilities

Cost Estimation: Analyzing project specifications and drawings to provide accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overhead. Bid Preparation: Preparing and submitting bids for projects, ensuring that all required documentation is included and that deadlines are met. Seeking opportunities to enhance estimation processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications

Experience in estimating, project management, or a related role is typically required. In some cases we are interviewing apprentices.
