Project / Construction Manager
Location: Bowling Green, KY

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project/Construction Manager to support facility projects involving Building Management Systems (BMS). Candidates with a strong plant utilities background will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility and construction projects related to BMS infrastructure.
  • Coordinate contractors, schedules, and project execution.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing industrial or facility construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or automation systems.
  • Plant utilities experience (steam, chilled water, compressed air, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
